Hospice is a fully-covered Medicare benefit so there are no out-of-pocket costs to patients. Medical Director Dr. Kent Allen and the team at East Valley Hospice consider it an honor to deliver comfort and care to patients and their families during this time of transition.

East Valley Hospice is an In-Home hospice that exclusively serves the East Valley. We serve patients in the cities of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Maricopa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Higley and the surrounding communities. We stay in the East Valley so that our staff of Doctors, Nurses, CNA's, Social Workers and Chaplains are close to our patients and quickly accessible to them.
