Dr. Kent is the founder and Medical Director of East Valley Hospice. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine as well as Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.

Dr. Allen has spent years helping those who are not as likely to receive the care they need and deserve. He first decided to become a physician after a mission trip to Mexico where he was able to help people receive medical care that were otherwise too poor to receive such assistance. He returned with a life-changing decision to help those in need through the field of medicine. This experience inspired him to leave a successful real estate career to earn his medical degree. He has since formed a non-profit organization that holds monthly medical clinics in northern Mexico for those unable to afford medical care.
